Our Year In Review...

As we look back on what's been another testing yet rewarding year in the industry, we're very proud of what we have all achieved together. As a business, we have always strived to achieve quality carpentry whilst supporting the house builders in delivering their target numbers as best we can.

Our LJ team achieved so much in 2022. This year we...

  • Maintained a CQR score of 5.15 across the business
  • Achieved 94% of our customer care SLAs
  • Funded another 18 NVQ qualifications
  • Introduced another 16 trainees into the industry

Investment in ourselves, the future of the company, and the future of the industry....

  • Restructured our Customer Care Team - We have invested further to ensure our high standards are met by restructuring and increasing our Customer Care team to meet the increased Ombudsman demands.
  • Purchase of our Crane - We have purchased a Bocker Crane and recruited a driver and appointed person - you'll see them on the road in January!
  • Carpentry Academy - There's been further development of the LJC training school and we're so proud of the progression of the trainee managers and all the carpenters of the future.
  • Fire Door Training - We have provided Fire Door Training to both our own carpenters, and also a number of our clients Site Teams.

So whilst we shut the doors for the Christmas break, here's to a healthy and successful 2023 for all.
There will be more of the above from LJC in 2023, as we continue to invest and develop in both our team and the business as a whole!
